孟相国——潍坊恒德实验学校校长，中学高级教师。毕业于山东师范大学。从教32年，历任班主任、备课组长、大文科组组长、年级副主任、年级主任，副校长，校长。多次获得优秀班主任，优秀备课组长，优秀教师，教学能手等荣誉称号，在国家级刊物上发表多篇教育教学论文。被评为第二届威海市名校长。任职以来，始终坚持“以人为本、德育为先、立德树人”的教育理念，始终坚持“改变习惯、提升成绩，绽放生命、追求卓越，师生共同成长”的办学思想，培养了一大批德才兼备的优秀人才。

潍坊恒德实验学校（Weifang Hengde Experimental School）is a boarding private high school established with the approval of Weifang Education Bureau and Weifang Civil Affairs Bureau through "double recruitment and double introduction" of Weifang Municipal government. The school is located in Weifang No.1 middle school. Relying on the high-quality education resources of Weifang No.1 middle school, the school is jointly constructed by educational experts and excellent teaching teams.Weifang Hengde experimental school adopts a new integrated school running mode integrating small class, science and technology and internationalization, which combines examination oriented education, quality education and international education.
